    一种从丹参中提取丹酚酸B的新工艺

    A New Technology of Extracting Salvianolic Acid B from Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge

    • 摘要: 为开发从丹参中提取高纯度丹酚酸B的新工艺,采用水提-壳聚糖絮凝-过滤-浓缩-醇沉-萃取工艺制得丹酚酸B含量在80%左右的丹酚酸提取物EB80。用硅胶柱层析法精制EB80,得到丹酚酸B含量为96%的提取物EB96。EB96的IR、M S1、H-NMR测试结果表明:其分子结构特征、相对分子质量与丹酚酸B相同。本工艺便于工业化实施。

       

      Abstract: A new technology of extracting salvianolic acid B with high concentration from Salvia mihiorrhiza bunge was developed. The craft of water extraction-chitosan flocculation-fihration-concentrationethanol sedimentation-liquid-liquid extraction with organic solvents was applied to obtain extract EB80, whose content is about 80%. EB80 was purified by column adsorption, extract EB96,whose content of sal- vianolic acid B is 96%, was obtained. IR,MS and ^1H-NMR detection of EB96 shows that the sample has the same structural characteristics and relative molecular moment as those of salvianolic acid B. The technology is convenient to be industrialized.
