Abstract:
Based on the fundamental data of hydrodynamics and methanol synthesis in three phase slurry reactor, the one dimensional mathematical model for the three phase slurry reactor of methanol synthesis has been established by taking hydrogenation of CO and CO 2 as independent reaction, and CO and CO 2 as key components. The parameters of the design and operation, and the distribution of the reaction components in the slurry bed reactor have been obtained by computer calculation, and the operating characteristics of the reactor has been analyzed.
