    Preparation of the Dispersed Composition Containing C. I. Pigment Red 254 and Its Application in Color Filter

    • 摘要: 采用吡咯并吡咯二酮类C.I.颜料红254,以聚苯乙烯-聚丙烯酸二嵌段共聚物(PS-PAA)作为分散树脂,同时添加改性硅表面活性剂,在有机溶剂中搅拌、研磨分散.同时研究了球料比(质量比)、研磨时间对其分散效果的影响.结果表明:当球料比为1~1.2:1,研磨时间为4 h时,可得到平均粒径小于100 nm、粒度分布较窄的颜料分散体系.并采用激光动态散射法、扫描电镜、透射电镜、分光光度计对实验结果进行了表征.
