    Study on Surface Treatment of Electroless Copper Plating Film

    • 摘要: 将化学镀铜层分别用浸油热处理、磷化膜处理和铬酸盐钝化处理的方法进行实验研究,结果表明:铬酸盐钝化处理是其中最好的方法。它可以提高镀铜层的表面抗氧化性能,耐磨性能以及光亮性。

       

      Abstract: Is this work,oil bath heat treatment, phosphate treatment and chromate passivation have been researched. It is found that chromate passivation is the best method. It can improve the properties of the passive film,such as abrasive resistance,resistance to oxidation and lightness.
