泡沫分离技术的研究——Ⅱ.泡沫分离塔的设计放大方法

摘要: 根据对泡沫分离塔鼓泡区和逆流泡沫区内气-液两相流的分析,以及对表面活性剂在气-液表面吸附传质的研究,提出了一套稳态操作条件下的泡沫分离塔的设计和放大方法,并设计了一套中试规模的恒径泡沫分离塔。Abstract: According to the analysis and discussion on gas-liquid two phase flow in bubbling zone and countercurrent foam zone in foam fractionation column, as well as the investigation of adsorptive mass transfer of surface active substants aross a gas-liquid surface a design method about foam fractionation columns operating under stable conditions was developed. By the method a set of foam fractionation columns on plant scale was designed.
