    • 摘要: 提出了一种借助系统模拟自动生成主控模块,实现通用化工流程系统模拟程序自动生成的方法。该方法使用系统模拟的主控模块,通过高级语言与批处理语言的嵌套,处理对特定化工过程的系统结构分析得到的有关系统分块、切断、计算顺序的信息,自动生成一套可执行系统模拟程序,从而避免了模拟程序的人工编写,并在微机上实现、该主控模块可用于序贯模块法和联立模块法等多种模拟策略。

       

      Abstract: An approach of auto-generating general-purpose chemical engineering flows-heeting program by the system simulation main control-module is proposed. The executable code of the system simulation is generated automatically by the information related to the system partitioning, tearing and calculation sequence of a chemical engineering process, obtained by the system structure analysis. Our simulation main control-module consisting of the program inlaid with FORTRAN and batch processing statement is used to treat the information obtained. The simulation is implemented in microcomputer, so that manual programming for simulation can be avoided. The main control-module may be used for various simulation strategies, such as the sequential-modular and the simultaneous-modular approach.
