    基于GIS的苯储罐泄漏事故预警系统

    Forewarning System for Leak Accident of Benzene Tank by GIS

    • 摘要: 针对化工企业中苯储罐的泄漏问题,根据苯的泄漏扩散规律及苯浓度对人体的伤害,将苯的泄漏危险范围依次划分为最小致 死浓度、危害生命浓度、重度中毒症状浓度和轻微中毒症状浓度4个区域。在GIS技术支持下应用重要度分析方法,建立了以设备连 锁故障为主要原因的苯储罐泄漏预警系统,并将苯储罐泄漏事故预警划分为4个等级。以河南神马尼龙化工厂苯储罐区为例,验证了 预警系统的可行性。

       

      Abstract: Based on the problems of benzene tank leakage in a chemical factory, by the important analysis methods and the proliferated law of benzene, four zones were divided according to the lethal low concentration, harmful concentration, concentration of severe poisoning and concentration of minor poisoning. The chain of equipment failure of the main reasons for system to tank leakage was established, and four forewarning grades were divided. By GIS, the forewarning system of benzene storage tank leakage was developed. The feasibility of forewarning technique was verified in Henan Shenma Nylon Chemical Co., Ltd.
