    Develop of New Technology for Preparation K_2CO_3 with Organic Amine

    • 摘要: 提出了用高沸点的混合胺作为萃取剂,用有机溶剂作为稀释剂的制取碳酸钾的新工艺。研究了时问、温度和压力对碳化反应的影响,并在工业模拟装置上验证了时间和压力的影响;提出了在常温下用氨再生有机胺的新方法,副产物中NH_4Cl大于99%。新工艺具有钾利用率高、能耗省和胺耗低等优点。

       

      Abstract: New technology for preparation K_2CO_3 with mixed amine of high boiling point as extractant and an organic solvent as diluent has been developed.The effects of time, temperature and pressure on carbonizing reaction have been researched. Effect of time and pressure has been proved by an industrial simulated apparatus. A new method of regeneration of amine with ammonia at ordinary temperature has been developed. The purity of by-product NH_4Cl is above 99%. This new technology has high utilization of potassium and low consumption of energy and amine.
