摘要

摘要: 本文描述了具有光学活性的姜烯类倍半萜化合物——(-)姜烯、(-)姜烯醇和(-)β-倍半水芹烯的合成。讨论了2-甲基6-(3-乙酰基-环丁-2-烯基-1)-2-庚烯的结构。药理初筛结果表明都具有一定的抗生育活性,其中(-)姜烯的抗生育活性令人满意。
