    Effect of Microwave on Existing Forms of Nickel and Vanadyl Porphyrins in Beijiang Crude Oil

    • 摘要: 研究了微波对北疆原油镍钒卟啉的影响。采用极性依次递增的6种溶剂对微波前后的北疆原油镍钒卟啉进行提取分析,结果表明原油中镍卟啉及钒卟啉的分布发生了变化。原油微波处理后镍的含量下降30.93%,钒的含量下降50.78%;微波后镍卟啉含量的减少量占原油中镍含量总减少量的46.19%,钒卟啉含量的减少量占原油中钒含量总减少量的33.40%。

       

      Abstract: The effect of microwave on nickel and vanadyl porphyrins in Beijiang crude oil was investigated. Nickel and vanadyl porphyrins from Beijiang crude oil were extracted and analyzed using six solvents with increasing polarity before and after microwave treatment. Results indicated that the distribution of ETIO and DPEP nickel porphyrins and vanadyl porphyrins was changed significantly after microwave treatment. Contents of nickel and vanadium in crude oil decreased 30.93% and 50.78%, respectively. The reduction of nickel porphyrins accounted for 46.19% of the whole nickel reduction, and the reduction of vanadyl porphyrins accounted for 33.40% of the whole vanadium reduction after the microwave treatment.
