Silicon Coating Process of Ultrafing Geothite and Analysis of the Surface Structure

摘要

摘要: 研究了铁黄包硅工艺过程，并在１００Ｌ反应釜中予以放大。所制得包硅磁粉形状规整，抗烧结性良好，有效在消除了孔洞，磁片性能明显优于未包硅磁粉。采用付立叶变换红外光谱和光电子能谱对包硅磁粉表面结构进行了剖析，确定了包硅磁粉界面化合物的结构。
