    腺嘌呤衍生物的合成及光学性质表征

    Synthesis and Optical Characterization of Adenine Derivatives

    • 摘要: 以天然碱基腺嘌呤为母体,通过酰胺键和脲键引入芳环,合成出10个腺嘌呤衍生物。与腺嘌呤相比,腺嘌呤衍生物的紫外最大吸收波长红移至283~295 nm,在吸收有害紫外射线UVA、UVB方面更具优势。通过分析紫外吸收和荧光发射数据,探讨了分子共轭体系、取代基类型以及分子非平面结构对紫外吸收能力和荧光发射强度的影响,并对腺嘌呤衍生物光学性能与分子内氢键开合之间的关系作出初步讨论。

       

      Abstract: Based on natural adenine, 10 derivatives are obtained by connecting adenine with aromatic rings through amide bond or urea bond. Compared with adenine, these derivatives show more powerful ability to absorb UVA and UVB rays, because their maximum absorption wavelength are at the region of 283—295 nm. The effects of conjugation system, substitute types, and non planarity structure on UV absorption ability and fluorescence intensity are discussed. The interaction of adenine optical properties and intra molecular hydrogen bonding is preliminarily studied as well.
