    Advanced Development of a DTA-TG-Microcomputer System

    • 摘要: 差热-热重-微机联用系统配有微机程序温度控制单元和微机数据处理系统,具有十多种专用软件。用CRT实时显示所采集的差热、热重、微商热重和温度四种参量的数据,并绘制出所需要的曲线。采用微量试样,即能获取该样品的焓变、活化能、玻璃化转变温度等。本系统可用于药品鉴别、配方遴选,催化剂评价、纯度测定及评价炸药的稳定性等。

       

      Abstract: The Differential thermal analysis-Thermogravimetry-Microcomputer system is equipped with a programmed temperature controller and also a microcomputer data processing unit. Over ten dedicated application software are provided. The system has the function of CRT display for sampled data and required results can also be printed and plotted. Though the sample taken for examination and test is only a few milligrams, its enthalpy change, activation energy and glass transient temperature etc. can be measured.The system has found applications in pharmaceutical detection, formulation seiving, catalyst appreciation, purity determination as well as explosive stability appreciation.
