摘要

摘要: 二甲基亚砜渗透处理三七悬浮培养细胞，使细胞有效释放胞内皂甙。体积分数ψ＝０．０２－０．０５的ＤＭＳＯ溶液短期处理三七细胞，胞内皂甙释放量为３０－８０ｍｇ／Ｌ，ψ〉０．１，的ＤＭＳＯ溶液对细胞有严重伤害，胞内蛋白质大量放出。
