Study on Vero Cell Culture Technique with Microcarriers

摘要: 本文研究了细胞生长过程中微载体的种类,浓度及细胞的接种量、溶解氧水平对培养Vero细胞的影响。在pH为7.0～7.4,液解氧水平为30%～50%空气饱和浓度,搅拌速度为25～35r/min,温度为37℃时,在1.5升Celligen~(TM)系统中,连续培养7天,可使细胞浓度达到2.5×10~6 Cells/ml,为接种量的12倍,细胞生长旺盛,形态正常。
