    循环氢压缩机扩容的可行性研究

    Study on the Feasibility of Circulation-hydrogenation Compressor Expansion

    • 摘要: 利用相似理论对压缩机的运行工况进行了分析,按扩容30%的要求对压缩机的性能进行了研究,得出机组不经过技术改造达不到扩容目标的结论。文章分析了影响压缩机扩容的主要因素,介绍了压缩机及系统改造的思路。提出了低成本、高效率的改造方案,为压缩机的改造提供了必要的理论依据。

       

      Abstract: The transformation of the compressor present operating condition is analyzed using similar theory. The compressor performance study is conducted according to the expansion 30% requirement. It is concluded that no-rebuilding assembling unit could not reach the expansion object. The main factors (affecting) the compressor expansion are analyzed. The idea of rebuilding compressor and the other relative (equipments) is introduced. The low cost and high efficiency rebuilding project is put forwarded. This paper gives the necessary theory foundation of compressor expansion.
