    快速激光聚合反应的一种新型光敏剂

    A New Photoinitiator for Laser-Induced Ultrafast Polymerization

    • 摘要: 以二苯醚与苯甲酰氯为原料,合成了一种新型的激光光敏刺——4-苯氧基二苯甲酮(PBZP)。它能有效地吸收氮分子激光,从而引发环氧-丙烯酸酯树脂的快速交联聚合反应。用质谱与红外光谱对产物作了鉴定,其性能与常用的紫外光敏剂苯偶姻乙醚(BEE)及二笨甲酮(BZP)进行了比较。文中还分析了合成产物的紫外吸收特性和作用机理,并对聚合反应动力学作了探讨。结果表明,PBZP体系在空气中的聚合反应速率达10~6mol/L·s,量子效率为3.5mol/E,优于BEE与BZP,且比使用连续紫外光源所得反应速率大4个数量级。

       

      Abstract: A new photoinitiator, 4-phenoxy benzophenone (PBZP), was synthesized and characterized using diphenyl ether and benzoyl chloride as raw material. It can effectively absorb photons of N_2 laser and then initiate the ultrafast crosslinking polymerization of epoxyacrylate resin. The synthetic product was identified with mass spectroscopy and IR spectroscopy. The properties of PBZP were dompared with those of two useful photoinitiators, benzoin ethylether (BEE) and benzophenone (BZP). The characteristics of UV absorbency were analyzed with UV spectroscopy. Kinetics of polymerlization was investigated with FTIR method, and the reaction mechanism of these laser-photoinitiators were discussed. The results show the rate of polymerization of PBZP system reaches 10~6 mol/L.s in the presence of air, being four orders of magnititude larger than the rate gotten with continuous UV light sources. The quantum yield of the former is 3.5 mol/E. All these properties of PBZP are better than those of BEE and BZP.
