    Preparation of mxylyenediamine with Raney Ni Comprising Iron and Chromium

    • 摘要: 在间苯二甲腈加氢制间苯二甲胺的雷尼镍催化剂中引入Fe和Cr后,降低了反应温度,明显加快了吸氢速度、间苯二甲胺的摩尔收率超过了80%。实验结果表明经过简单再生后,可以恢复该催化剂的初始活性。

       

      Abstract: mXylyenediamine was prepared by reducing the isophthalonitrile with hydrogen in the presence of Raney nickel promoted with iron and chromium. By utilizing this particular catalyst, it is not only possible to provide a drop in reaction temperature and an increase in rate of consumed hydrogen which is substantially above that obtained with Raney nickel alone, but also to attain yield of the desired product more than 80%. The results indicated that the deactivated catalyst was recovered to its original reactivity by simple process of regeneration.
