Structure Analysis of the Products Obtained from Condensation of Cinnamaldehyde, Sodium Cyanide, and Morpholine

摘要

摘要: 肉桂醛与氰化钠，吗啡啉在对甲苯磺酸的存在下一步缩合生成２－苯基－４－（４－吗啡啉基）－２－丁烯腈，反应条件温和，收率高达８６％￣８７％，其结构经光谱分析得到确定。

Abstract: Three component condensation of cinnamaldehyde, sodium cyanide, and morpholine in the presence of p toluenesulfonic acid, results in an expeditious synthesis of 1 phenyl 4 (4 morpholinyl) 2 butanenenitrile, which may be used in a variety of organic synthesis.
