    Automatic Spothesis of Heat Exchanger Networks with Optimal Heat Transfer Coefficients and Pressure Drops

    • 摘要: 把双最小换热温差网络合成方法与换热器优化设计方法有机地结合起来,从而在网络合成前无需主观地给定热系数压压降,可在合成过程中自动寻找最佳换热系数和压降,为工业规模换热网络快速合成提供了一种全新的方法,实例研究表明,本方法是成功的。

       

      Abstract: By combining the synthesis method of exchanger networks using dual approachtemperature with the optimal exchanger design method ,to set the heat transfer coefficientsof pressure drops is not necessary before synthesizing networks. The optimal heat transfercoefficients and pressure drops can be determined automatically. The case study shows thecurrent method is successful.
