    Development of Annulus Airlift Reactor III.Kinetics and Control Strategy for Fed-Batch Fermentation of High Concentration Sorbose

    • 摘要: 在全容积16L的环隙气升式反应器内,进行了高浓度山梨糖流加发酵过程的研究。根据其发酵过程的特征,建立了流加过程的动力学模型。在此基础上,获得适合该过程的流加控制策略。实验结果表明,采用该控制策略,可使底物浓度的波动范围小于2g/L。

       

      Abstract: Experimental studies were carried out on the fed-batch fermentation process of sorbose in a 16L airlift reactor.According to the characteristics of the fermentation process, a kinetic model of fed-batch fermentation was established.On the basis of the kinetic model, a control strategy which was used to control fed-batch fermentatin process of sorbose was obtained.The experiments showed that using the control strategy,the fluctuation range of substrate concentration is less than 2 g/L.
