    Development of a New Type LMWA-201 Additive for Low-temperature Pattern Wax

    • 摘要: 对模料添加剂80号、85号微晶蜡和201型添加剂进行了研究,开发了一种LMWA-201新型LPW低温模料添加剂,实验结果表明80号、85号微晶蜡和LMWA-201型添加剂均可以使模料结晶结构变细,而LMWA-201型添加剂最好,工业应用结果表明:加有LMWA-201型添加剂的低温铸造模料比一般的低温铸造模料质量优,光泽度好、硬度大、强度高。

       

      Abstract: Several important additive of pattern wax, such as No.80 and No.85 microcrystalline wax and additive LMWA 201 were discussed. A new additive of LPW low temperature pattern wax was developed. The experimental results showed that No.80 and No.85 microcrystalline wax and additive 201 could make the pattern wax crystal construction fine, while additive LMWA 201 was better than microcrystalline wax. The application tests showed the gloss, rigidity and intensity of LPM pattern wax with additive LMWA 201 were better than those with low casting temperature pattern wax.
