摘要: 将单分散气溶胶的凝并-生长模型和高温均相反应动力学结合起来,着眼于产物性能,提出CVD反应器中超细粒子形成过程的物理模型,建立了表征粒子粒度和粒度分布的反应-凝并数学模型。利用该模型探讨了操作参数和物系参数对柱子粒度和粒度分布的影响,模型化研究结果和实验结果相一致。Abstract: Combining the monodispers aerosol coagulation-growth model and homogeneous reaction kinetics, based on the properties of product, the physical model which simulates particle formation and growth was given, and a reaction-coagulation model was derived. According to this model, the effects of process parameters and physical parameters on the particle size and its distribution were studied, the modelling study results were consistant with that of experiment.
