    New Perspective for Ultrasonic Kinetics of Polymers: A Unifying GPLE

    • 摘要: 为归纳聚合物超声降解动力学的一般表达式,对常用动力学方程的适用性进行了探讨。用常用聚合物降解动力学方程式对能够收集到的所有原始文献数据进行拟合并对比拟合准确度,用剩余标准偏差评价方程拟合的准确度。结果表明:一级动力学方程和二级动力学方程比其他动力学方程更准确,能够代替其他动力学方程。基于此,归纳出了聚合物超声降解动力学的一般幂率表达式(GPLE),-dMtdt=k(Mt-Mlim)n,n为1或2。当n=1时,为一级动力学方程;当n=2时,为二级动力学方程。

       

      Abstract: In order to conclude a general expression of ultrasonic degradation kinetics for polymers, the general applicability of the common kinetics equations was discussed. The common ultrasonic kinetics equations of polymer were used to compare the fitting accuracy for original data collected from all available literatures. The fitting accuracy of the kinetic equation was evaluated by remainder standard deviation. The fitting results indicated that the first order equation and the second order equation were more accurate and could replace other kinetics equations. Thus, a general power law expression (GPLE) of ultrasonic degradation kinetics for polymers, -dMtdt=k(Mt-Mlim)n where n=1 or 2, was obtained. When n=1, it became the first order equation dynamics equation; when n=2, it was the second order dynamics equation.
