    碱土金属离子对硼铝酸盐玻璃发光性能的影响

    Influence of Alkaline Earth Metal Ions on Luminescent Properties of Aluminoborate Glass

    • 摘要: 以等离子显示板(PDP)用蓝色荧光粉BaMgAl10O17∶Eu2+ (BAM)为基础,加入B2O3及不同的碱土金属离子Mg2+,Sr2+,Ba2+,采用高温熔融法制备了硼铝酸盐透明发光玻璃。光谱分析表明不同碱土金属离子硼铝酸盐透明玻璃在紫外和紫蓝光区域均可有效激发,于蓝光处产生强光发射。发射峰按照加入Mg2+,Ba2+,Sr2+的顺序发生红移,发光强度按照加入Mg2+,Sr2+,Ba2+的顺序依次减弱。

       

      Abstract: As a high-tech product used in electronic, microelectronic, optoelectronic and other fields, the photoelectron glass plays an important role in the development of modern science and technology. Based on the blue phosphor powder BaMgAl10O17∶Eu2+(BAM) for plasma display panel (PDP) upon addition of B2O3 and alkaline earth metal ions (Mg2+, Sr2+, Ba2+), aluminoborate transparent fluorescent glass was prepared by melting method at high temperature. The spectral analyses showed that in the ultraviolet and violet/blue region, the aluminoborate transparent glass was effectively excited with different alkaline earth metal elements. Strong emission was observed in the blue band. The red shift followed the order of adding alkaline earth metal ions Mg2+, Ba2+ and Sr2+. The luminescent intensities of the samples reduced by the order of adding alkaline earth metal ions Mg2+, Sr2+ and Ba2+.
