    Activity Correction Factor for Cu-based Catalyst in Methanol Synthesis Reactor

    • 摘要: 在工厂生产操作数据的基础上,采用一维拟均相数学模型,反算出国产C_(207)铜基甲醇合成催化剂的活性校正系数,并将其分解力粒内效率因子、中毒及寿命因子、床高因子。粒内效率因子由可逆非一级反应效率因子的简化解法算得,中毒及寿命因子、床高因子,由工厂生产实际教据拟合为关联式。

       

      Abstract: Based on the practical data collected from factory, the activity correction factors for. C_(207) Cu-based methanol synthesis catalyst were calculated by one dimensional pseudohomogeneous model. Such factors were divided into effectiveness factor, poisoning and life factor, and bed height factor. The effectiveness factor was obtained by simplified method used for non-first order reversible reaction. The expressions for poisoning and life factor and bed height factor were obtained from practical data.
