    • 摘要: SO_2在活性炭淤浆反应器中的催化氧化反应的传质阻力难以消除。当反应器进口中微溶性限制组分氧相对SO_2大大过量时,通过改变反应物的进口浓度来测小颗粒的反应器体积积分平均的氧化反应速率,可间接验证推断的本征反应动力学;这一过程同时也是气体反应物在活性炭浆液中的化学吸收过程,因此可通过改变活性炭催化剂的淤浆浓度、粒径及反应温度,测得各动力学参数、传质参数及增强因子。

       

      Abstract: It is difficult to remove the resistance of mass transfer in oxidation of sulfur dioxide in slurry of activated carbon(at room temperature and atmospheric Dressure).The postulated reaction mechanism was indirectly tested by varying the composition of oxygen and sulfur dioxide in inlet gas and measuring the volume-averaged oxidation rate of sulfur dioxide of small particles when the slightly soluble limiting reactant oxygen is relatively in large excess.And in the meanwhile the gaseous reactants are being chemisorbed by the slurries of activated carbon in the course of reaction,therefore,the parameters of kinetics and mass transfer,and enhancement factor could be evaluated by varying the concentrations of slurries of activated carbon,the sizes of particle as well as the reaction temperature.
