    An automatic test system with microcomputer for the photoelectric parameters of organic solar cells

    • 摘要: 鉴于有机太阳能电池材料选择的多样性,本文研制出一套微机化自动测试系统。它可以自动测定短路电流、开路电压的光电作用光谱、量子效率的光谱响应以及禁带宽度等参数,为寻求一种有效的有机光电转换材料提供了方便。该系统也可用于无机材料太阳能电池的研究。

       

      Abstract: In view of a large choice of materials for organic solar cells, an automatic test sys- tem with microcomputer has been developed. This system can measure the photoelectric action spectra of short-current and openvoltage, the spectral response of quantum efficien- cy and the widtn of forbidden band, therefore it is convenient for the exploration of the efficient organic photoelectric conversion materials. This system can be used for inor- ganic solar cells as well.
