    内燃机曲柄滑动轴承摩擦性能的数值研究

    Numerical Research on Friction Properties of Crankshaft Bearing in an Internal-Combustion Engine

    • 摘要: 将JFO边界条件引入内燃机曲柄滑动轴承的数值模拟计算过程,在成功求解R eyno lds方程的基础上,选择Ho lland法对一具体的内燃机曲柄滑动轴承的摩擦性能进行了深入研究。通过数值研究,得出了内燃机曲柄滑动轴承在工作过程中连续转动720°范围内载荷的变化规律、摩擦力的变化规律、摩擦系数的变化规律以及所消耗功率的变化规律,通过理论分析,对这些规律进行了解释。

       

      Abstract: This paper calculates Reynolds equation by use of JFO boundary condition in the numerical simulation on crankshaft bearing friction properties.The friction properties of crankshaft bearing are analyzed in detail.The variational rules of the load,lubrication force,friction coefficient and power consumption of the crankshaft bearing are obtained.By analysis,the rules are explained.
