    仿真压力容器接管高应变区应变场特征的一种单边半椭圆缺口试板

    A Single Half-ellipse Notch Plate to Simulate the Strain Fields at the Nozzle Zone of Vessels

    • 摘要: 设计了一种单边半椭圆缺口试板,以满足压力容器接管高应变区断裂评定和疲劳性能研究的需要。通过弹塑性有限元素法计算及实验,表明该试板具有压力容器接管连接处的应变分布特征:高峰值应变、高应变梯度及周围被广大弹性区包围。

       

      Abstract: A single half-ellipse notch plate(SHENP)was designed to simulate the behavior of nozzle zone of vessels. There is a good agreement between the computer results by elastic-plastic finite element methods and the experimental data.It is shown that the characteristic of the strain distribution of the SHENP is the same as that at the nozzle zone of vessels peak strain,high strain gradient,elastic fields all around.
