    Removing Noise for CCD Signal Based on the Sinusoidal Modulation of Integration Time

    • 摘要: 随着光电子技术的发展,以电荷耦合器件(CCD)作为信号接收元件的光电成像器件获得了日益广泛的应用。CCD器件的输出信号是模拟信号,夹杂着各种噪声和干扰。其中,白噪声和1/f噪声是影响CCD器件输出信号信噪比的两大主要因素。传统的处理方法是对CCD输出信号进行低通滤波,然而,低通滤波并不能有效滤除1/f噪声。针对这一问题,本文提出了基于积分时间正弦调制的带通滤波法,并在MATLAB环境下进行建模和仿真,结果表明此方法能够有效滤除1/f噪声和白噪声。在实际的光谱检测系统中,本文方法具有很强的实用价值。

       

      Abstract: Abstract: With the development of photoelectric technology, the photoelectric imaging devices with charge coupled device as its signal receiving component obtain an increasingly wide range of applications. The output signal of CCD is an analog signal, which mixed with all kinds of noise and interference. Among them, the white noise and 1/f noise are the most important factors affecting the signal to noise ratio of CCD device output signal. The conventional method is to make the CCD output signal pass through a low pass filter;but low pass filter can't effectively remove 1/f noise. To solve this problem, the band pass filter method based on the sinusoidal modulation of integration time is proposed in this paper. Then, the results of modelling and simulations in MATLAB show that the method proposed in this paper can remove 1/f noise and white noise effectively. In the actual spectral detection system, the proposed method has a strong practical value.
