    • 摘要: 以二甲基亚矾(DMSO)为溶剂,以超临界CO2为稀释膨胀剂,重结晶提纯胆红素。考察了DMS0膨胀度对胆红素溶解能力的影响。结果表明,胆红素的DMSO溶液经超临界CO稀释膨胀至3倍后,DMSO对胆红素的溶解能力显著下降。用不同的温度、压力、溶液加入量等备件,能有效地控制DMSO的稀释膨胀程度,从而在短时间内形成较大的过饱和度;使胆红素析出,分离母液后,获得长度<1um,直径<0.5um和颗粒较均匀的胆红素纯度太于90%

       

      Abstract: The process of recrystallization with supercritical carbon dioxide as an anti-solvent agent was studied.The expansion of Dimethyl Sulphoxide(DMSO)influencing the solubility of Bilirubin was discussed.The results showed:In different temperature,pressure and different amount of solvent can form different supersaturation ratio.When the DMSO solution of bilirubin is expanded and then the solvent is extracted, it can obtain a particle less than lum with bilirubin content more than ninety percent.It appears to be a reliable and effeclive method for refining of biologically active products and micronizing.
