    基于有限元分析与有效应力强度因子幅的起重机寿命预估

    Life Prediction of Crane Based on Finite Element Analysis and Effective Stress Intensity Factor Range

    • 摘要: 针对岸边集装起重机的寿命预估问题,提出了一种基于有限元分析与有效应力强度因子幅的起重机寿命预估方法。利用Ansys Workbench软件对起重机模型进行仿真计算,并获得起重机疲劳校核点的应力 时间历程,运用雨流计数法获得应力循环,以有效应力范围对其进行表征。在起重机寿命预估的过程中,有效应力强度因子幅能够反映载荷循环应力比的影响,相较于传统的Paris模型,基于有效应力因子幅的起重机寿命预估方法更为准确。

       

      Abstract: Abstract: In order to solve the life prediction problem of quayside crane, the paper presents a life prediction method of crane based on element finite analysis and effective stress intensity factor range. The finite element analysis was done by using Ansys Workbench and the stress time history of the fatigue check point was got. Stress cycles got by rain flow counting method were represented by effective stress range. In the process of life prediction, the effective stress intensity factor range can reflect the effect of stress radio. Compared with the traditional Paris model, the result of life prediction of crane on the basis of effective stress intensity is more accurate.
