    Engineering Research of Irregular Shape Catalysts with Through-holes II. Determination of the Tortuosity Factor of Pellets with 12 and 24 Through-holes

    • 摘要: 采用色谱法,在单颗粒线反应器中对两种异形多通孔催化剂的曲折因子进行了测定。通过计算机数据采集、处理系统处理实验数据,得到两种催化剂的曲折因子分别为:12孔环柱形颗粒δ=2.55,24孔环柱形颗粒δ=2.43。

       

      Abstract: The tortuosity factor of two irregular shape pellets were measured using dynamic state method-single pellet string reactor method (SPSRM). The experimental data was analyzed by online computer system and the parameter estimation method was applied to get the tortuosity factor. The tortuosity factor of pellet with 12 through holes is 2.55 and that of pellet with 24 through holes is 2.43.
