    Coking Models of Reactor in Continuous Catalytic Reforming

    • 摘要: 对连续催化重整反应器结焦含量软测量问题进行了研究。首先从工艺机理分析出发,找出了影响结焦含量的主要参数,初步确定软测量建模辅助变量,并采用BP算法进行神经网络,建立结焦含量软测量模型。然后采用PLS-BP算法重新认识,得到新的结焦含量软测量模型,以改进模型结构。最后对模型校正后在现场使用,结果表明测量结果令人满意。

       

      Abstract: In this paper soft sensing on coking models of reactor in the process of continuous catalytic reforming is studied. At first according to the analysis of technics principles several major parameters affecting coking are found out and used as assitant variables. BP algorithm is used for training neural networks to establish coking model. In order to modify the model structure PLS BP algorithm is also used for training neural networks again to establish another coking model. At last the second model is applied in practive after revised. The result of measurement is satisfactory.
