    • 摘要: 通过自制的狭缝式在线流变仪,实时测定了文题的动态流变特性,测得了反应注射成型过程中物料的粘度,第一、二法向应力差随剪切速率,反应程度的变化,结果表明,该系统随反尖的进行,逐步表现出非牛顿流体特征,粘度呈现剪切变稀效应,并表现出明显的法向应力差,而且随反应时间延长,其粘度,法向应力差均呈现增加的趋势。

       

      Abstract: A small laboratory RIM machine,an on-line slit rheometer and an automatical data collection system have been used to run a fundamental study for two PUU(L-MDI/350E/DET DA/DBTDL)systems.The viscosity and normal stress difference during molding filling were measured.The results show that the rheological properties depand on shear rate and reaction time,The relationships a mong viscosity.normal stress differences,shear rate and reaction time were shown in 3D figures.
