    磷酸三苯酯对三醋酸纤维素水解产物取代度的影响

    Effect of Triphenyl Phosphate on Degree of Substitution of Cellulose Triacetate in Hydrolyzation

    • 摘要: 研究了增塑剂磷酸三苯酯(TPP)含量、含水量、催化剂的比例以及水解时间对三醋酸纤维素(CTA)水解产物取代度(DS)的影响。结果表明:加入TPP将降低CTA水解的效率,延长水解时间至6 h、提高H2O/CTA比例以及增大催化剂的浓度可以降低TPP带来的低效影响;当催化剂的质量分数达到0.15时,将给水解带来一定的副反应。

       

      Abstract: The factors,including triphenyl phosphate(TPP) content,hydrolization time,the volume of water and catalyzer concentration,affecting degree of substitution(DS) of cellulose triacetate(CTA) in hydrolization are studied. DS of CTA would decrease as TPP content increases during hydrolyzation.High volume of water,prolonged hydrolization time,and higher catalyzer concentration are effective ways in(decreasing) DS,but as catalyzer concentration is up to 15%,byproducts would be generated.
