    Study on UV Curing System of Polyester Acrylate

    • 摘要: 采用傅里叶红外光谱跟踪法测定文题体系的双键转化率,研究了紫外光固化反应过程,阐述了光引发剂、活性稀释剂种类和浓度以及低聚物与活性稀释剂用量之比等因素对光固化反应速度的影响。发现α-羟基-α,α-亚戊基苯乙酮(Irgacure184)引发固化反应效果最佳;兼用各种官能度活性稀释剂能控制反应速度,提高涂膜性能。

       

      Abstract: It has been determined by using IR spectrumetry method that the degree ofdouble bond conversion for UV photocuring system of polyester acrylate. The various effec-tion on the U V curing reaction was described when the kind and concentration were changedfor photoinitiator,oligomer,crosslinking agent etc,. The results of study showed that the ini-tiating efficiency of l-hydroxyl-cyclohexyl-phenyl-ketone(Irgacure 184)is optimum and thedifferent kinds of crosslinking agent mixed in system avail to control reaction rate and im-prove quality of the coating.
