    FeCl2型咪唑类离子液体的脱硫性

    • 摘要: 以[BMIMBr-FeCl2型离子液体为研究对象,考察了此类离子液体脱除油品中噻吩硫的性能。结果表明:[BMIMBr-FeCl2离子液体仅仅与噻吩作用,噻吩硫脱除率可以达到39.28%;提高离子液体与油的质量比,升高反应温度以及提高离子液体合成过程中FeCl2的物质的量均有利于脱硫,其中[BMIMBr-2FeCl2离子液体与加入烯烃后的油品作用,脱硫率可高于90%。此结果对脱硫工艺的改进具有参考价值。

       

      Abstract: The properties of ionic liquids [BMIM]Br-xFeCl2 (where [BMIM] is 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium cation) during the removal of thiophene were investigated. The result shows that [BMIM]Br-FeCl2 only interacts with thiophene, and the removal rate of thiophene can reach 39.28%. The increase of the mass ratio of the ionic liquid to the oil, enhancement of the temperature and the increase the molar fraction of ferrum(Ⅱ) chloride in ionic liquids benefit the desulfurization performance. For the ionic liquid [BMIM]Br-2FeCl2, the thiophene removal rate can be above 90% after mixing with oils with olefin. These results are valuable for the modification of desulfurization technology.
