Abstract:
Abstract: A condensate grading device for cigarette volatile product was constructed by controlling the flow rate of cold source to collect and condense components with different boiling points, concentrations and saturated vapor pressures in collection tube. The cold source type, the density of the cold source transfer line, the cold source transmission rate and other factors on the temperature gradient condensation classifier were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, the volatile products of cigarette were trapped by the condensate grading device and then extracted with ethyl acetate and analyzed by GC MS. By using ultra low temperature nitrogen as a cold source, the temperature gradient of condensation grading device can be controlled in the range from (-35±5)℃ to (-65±5)℃ and 320, 286, 201, 172, 135, 107, 98, 98, 85, 85 compounds with different boiling points and saturated vapor pressure, such as neophytadiene with high boiling point, benzaldehyde with medium boiling point and 2 vinyl furan with low boiling point, were collected into trap tubes 1#—10#. Most of the compounds showed normal distribution and good condensing classification effect.
