    鼓泡床中分布器对气泡行为影响的电容层析成像分析

    Electrical Capacitance Tomography Analysis of Gas Distributors on Bubble Behavior in a Bubble Column

    • 摘要: 采用英国Process Tomography有限公司研制的12电极双面电容层析成像(ECT)系统,研究了不同的分布器结构对鼓泡床气泡行为的影响。结果表明:在相同的表观气速下,随着分布器开孔数目的增多,气含率相应增加;随着表观气速的增加,气含率逐渐上升;当分布器具有泡罩结构时,对应的气含率较高。借助Plot3d考察了气泡上升过程中的准三维结构,发现气泡(群)的上升过程近似一种螺旋运动。

       

      Abstract: The twin-plane 12-electrode ECT(Electrical Capacitance Tomography) from Process Tomography Limited (UK) was employed to investigate the effect of different gas spargers on bubble behavior in a bubble column. The gas holdup increases with the increase of the number of orifices in the sparger and the superficial gas velocity. When the sparger has a bubble cap, the gas holdup becomes high. The quasi-3d flow structure of bubbles was observed using Plot3d which showed that the bubbles perform a spiral motion along the wall.
