    唇形密封圈润滑性能的数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of the Lubrication of Lip Seal

    • 摘要: 在同时考虑密封压力,密封唇口和轴表面微观形貌、密封唇口过盈量、密封唇的弹性变形等因素的基础上提出了一种对唇形密封圈润滑面进行流体动压润滑性能计算的数值模拟方法。该方法可以有效地对不同密封压力下具有不同初始过盈量的唇形密封圈的润滑性能进行模拟计算,与现有的模拟计算方法相比更为合理。将所建立的模拟计算方法应用于江苏容天乐公司生产的WR型汽车水泵轴承密封圈的研究,数值计算了轴承工作时密封区域内两粗糙表面间的最大油膜压力、平均油膜压力、最小油膜厚度、平均油膜厚度,密封唇表面摩擦力等参数,得到了不同密封压力下初始唇口过盈量变化对密封面润滑性能影响的规律曲线,并对其进行了分析。

       

      Abstract: A numerical calculation model is proposed to analyze the hydrodynamic lubrication performances of lip seal based on such properties as sealed pressure, surface morphology of sealing lip and shaft, lip interference, lip deformation, etc. The model can effectively simulate the lubrication characteristics of lip seal under different sealed pressures and with various interferences, which is more reasonable than existing models. Applying the proposed simulation model to WR auto water pump bearing′s seal of Rongtianle Machinery Co. Ltd, the maximum film pressure, the average film pressure, the minimum film thickness, the average film thickness and the friction on sealing lip under stable working stage are calculated. Moreover, these parameters are used to analyze the relationship of lubrication characteristics and initial interferences, sealed pressure.
