摘要: 借助DSC、扫描电镜等手段研究了HPVC/CPE热塑性弹性体的结构与性能的关系。通过考察不同聚合度PVC及其改性后的力学性能,确定高聚合度PVC(HPVC)为较好的热塑性弹性体基体,并认为同动脉硫化法制造HPVC/CPE热塑性弹性体效果较好。Abstract: The relationship between structure and property of HPVC/CPE thermoplastic elastomer was studied in this paper. The mechanical properties of different degree of polymerization PVC and their modified systems were researched in which HPVC was used as thermoplastic elastomer matrix. PVC with high degree of polymerization (HPVC) is considered to be a good matrix and satisfactory effect of HPVC/CPE made by dynamic vulcanization can be achieved.
