Study on Air Entrainment in RIM Mold Filling

摘要

摘要: 通过反应注射成型冷态充模模拟，考察了充模过程中各种气泡的形成过程。对气泡产生的现旬豚原因进行了描述，分析，同时提出了充模过程中防止气泡卷入的措施。

Abstract: Through the experimental simulation of RIM mold filling with low viscosity fluid,the formation of air bubbles in RIM process was studied.The phenomenon and the mechanism of air entrainment were discussed.Methods were proposed to prevent air entrain-ment.
