    The synthesis of 2,4-difluoro-5-chloro-6-methyl pyrimidine and its derived reactive dyes

    • 摘要: 以2,4,5-三氯-6-甲基嘧啶为原料,在硝基苯溶剂中,用无水氟化钾为氟化剂,常压下合成了2,4-二氟-5-氯-6-甲基嘧啶,纯度92%,收率7O%。再以其为活性基团合成了一系列新型的活性染料。它们在棉纤维上都具有优良的染色及印花性能。

       

      Abstract: Under normal pressure, taking 2, 4, 5-trichloro-6-methyl pyrimidine as a raw material, using nitrobenzene as a solvent and anhydrous potassium fluoride as a fluorinating agent, 2,4-difluoro-5-chloro-6-methyl pyrimidine (designated as DCMP) was synthesized with purity 92% and yield 70%. The DCMP was used as a reactive group, a series of new reactive dyes were resulted. These new dyes formed offer excellent properties for calico dyeing and printing.
