    Study on Measuring of Dynamic Interfacial Tension by Drop Weight Method under Constant Flow Rate

    • 摘要: 建立了文题的测定装置,能检测0.5mN/m以上,液滴表面寿命大于0.05s的动态界面张力。从液滴形成的过程中,考虑运动摩擦力和环流摩擦力在液滴分离的力平衡中所起的作用,提出了恒速滴重法测定σ1计算式,并用实验数据关联了相对运动度U0的计算式。用纯物质的油-水系统的实验数据对公式加以验算,一般误差在0.5^以内,用上述两式计算SDS,CTAB,Triton X-100等油-水系统的σt,并推算各表面

       

      Abstract: An equipment measuring dynamic interfacial tension was established,which can measure dynamic interfacial tension over 0.5mN/m with the surface age above 0.05s. Photocell was also used to set up a counter of drops in this equipment.The movement of the drop,the circulation current in the drop will have some influence in the break away process.An equation for calculating dynamics surface tension was proposed based on force balance considering the above factors.Experimental data were used to obtain the equation of the reel attire velocity of movement U0.The results of calculation for oil-water systems show that the equation was suitable for dynamic drop weight technique with relative error below 0.5%. The dynamic interfacial tension of organic liquids-water solutions of SDS,CTAB,TritionX-100 were calculated by above equations.The surface excess and diffusion coefficients of various surfactants were estimated.It shows above equations available in common use.
