    微机沉降粒度仪的实现

    Implementation of a PC-based Instrument for Measuring Sedimentation Particle Size

    • 摘要: 颗粒状物质的颗粒粒度作为一种重要的几何参数在科学研究和工业生产中日益得到重视,粒度的重力沉降测试法以其精度较高、重复性好、操作简单的优点得到广泛应用。从仪器的原理、构成以及数据处理方法等方面介绍了一种微机沉降粒度仪的实现,并用玻璃微珠颗粒度标准物质进行测试,得到了满意的结果。

       

      Abstract: Particle size is an important geometrical parameter whose measurement is done extensively in scientific research and industry. The gravity sedimentation measurement of particle size is widely applied because of its good precision, repeatability, and operatability. A PC based instrument for measuring sedimentation particle size is designed. Its principle, organization, and data processing method are presented. The results of measuring the standard samples are satisfactory.
