    Influence of Adaptive Elastomeric Engine Mount on Drive Comfort

    • 摘要: 以新型的自调适性发动机弹性悬置的设计原则和设计模型为基础,建立了多质量的汽车计算模型,并以此模型为基础,以汽车车身的质量块在垂直方向上的振动速度为汽车舒适性的评判依据,进行理论计算,并把此计算结果与含有传统橡胶悬置以及液阻悬置的汽车模型所得的结果进行比较。自调适性发动机弹性悬置模型降低了汽车车厢内的噪音影响,也在较大的频率范围内改善了汽车的振动舒适性。

       

      Abstract: Based on the design principle and design model of the new adaptive elastomeric mount,a multi-masses calculation model for vehicle is built up.The calculation is carried on the basis of this model.The vertical vibration velocity of the vehicle carriage mass is chosen as the judgment value for the drive comfort.Compared with the calculation results from the models with a classical elastomeric mount and a hydraulic mount, the adaptive elastomeric mount can reduce car noise and improve the vibration comfort in a wide frequency range.
