Study on Demulsification Rate Under High Voltage Electric Field

摘要: 提出了乳状液内相小水滴在电场中的聚沉破乳机理,建立了间歇电破乳速率方程。测定了间歇电破乳过程中各种因素对电破乳速率的影响。经验证,所建立的电破乳速率方程与实验数据能较好地吻合。Abstract: A new mechnism of electric demulsification was proposed and the coalescence behavior of fine water drops in oil under electric field was discussed in detail. On the basis of this, a mathematical description for phase separation of emulsion in electric field had been derived and was in good agreement with experimental data. Influence of various conditions on electric coalescence was examined using a batch pulsed D. C. electric demulsifier.
