    甲基苯基聚硅烷的合成及氯甲基化

    Synthesis of Polymethylphenylsilane and Its Chloromethylation

    • 摘要: 以甲基苯基二氯硅烷为原料,使用Wurtz偶联法和低价钛试剂法合成了甲基苯基聚硅烷。低价钛试剂法可以得到产率较高的、分子量分布较窄的甲基苯基聚硅烷(Mn=16 860, 分散系数Mw/Mn=1.6)。在氯仿中以四氯化锡为催化剂,甲基苯基聚硅烷与甲基氯甲基醚反应得到氯甲基苯基甲基聚硅烷,Mn=5 630,只有前者的1/3,且反应收率只有12%。

       

      Abstract: Polymethylphenylsilanes were synthesized from methylphenyl dichloroorganosilane by using two different kinds of methods, Wurtz-coupling and the low-valent titanium reagent. The results showed that using the lowvalent titanium reagent could get polymethylphenylsilanes with narrow molecular weight distribution(Mn=16 860,Mw/Mn=1.6).The polymethylphenylsilanes could react with chloromethyl methyl ether in chloroform in the presence of SnCl4 to get chloromethylphenyl methyl silanes, but its mean molecular weight was reduced to Mn=5 630 and the reaction yield was only 12%.
